FBI-ul nu a inteles, la timp, cat de periculos era paranoicul de Oswald.
Daca FBI-ul il aresta pe Oswald acum America tara pe care o iubim ar fi aratat altfel,poate mai frumoasa ,mai puternica...

Desi FBI avusese cateva discutii cu Oswald nu l-a considerat periculos
Sigur noi avem acum mai multe informatii  decat avea atunci FBI-ul.
Totusi credem ca FBI-ul  nu avea in minte un criminal potential in persoana lui Oswald.
Daca FBI-ul l-ar fi considerat pe Oswald un potential criminal ,evita crima,evita si toate suferintele care au urmat..
Noi incercam sa creionam un portret al criminalului potential ,si sa-l facem atat de bine incat sa foloseasca pe viitor anchetatorilor ca sa poata impiedica pe viitor astfel de crime oribile.

De ce trebuie sa lamurim conceptul de EXCITATIE?

Necunoasterea unui concept in coditiile folosirii  si actiunii inevitabile ,creeaza mari probleme.
De exemplu,la un proces judecatorul intreaba intrigat inculpatul ,un barbat instarit ,imbracat elegant si cu multe diplome,de ce a violat-o pe menajera,el raspunde:
"Bausem foarte mult si cand am vazut-o aplecandu-se m-am excitat prea tare si nu m-am mai controla"
 Aici confuzia este intre EXCITATIA SEXUALA SI  PIERDEREA CONTROLULUI.

Un pieton a fost impuscat in trafic, miercuri seara, in Piata Iancului din Bucuresti. Atacatorul este soferul unui BMW cu numar de Italia, care, potrivit Antena 3, s-a luat la cearta cu trecatorul, dupa care l-a impuscat pe acesta in picior, cu gloante de cauciuc. Politistii bucuresteni il cauta in continuare pe sofer.
Altercatia a avut loc in jurul orei 20.30, la intersectia bulevardului Mihai Bravu cu soseaua Iancului. Un grup tineri traversa strada pe culoarea verde a semaforului. Unul dintre ei a fost surprins pe zebra de culoarea rosie.
A urmat o disputa verbala cu soferul unei masini, care astepta la semafor. Nervos, soferul a scos pistolul cu gloante ce cauciuc si a tras, transmite Antena 3.
Ranitul a fost transportat la spital cu rani usoare, iar starea sa este buna.
Seful Politiei Capitalei, Marian Tutilescu, a declarat la postul Antena 3 ca, daca cel impuscat va depune plangere, atacatorul risca, in functie de rezultatele anchetei, fie amenda, fie pana la doi ani inchisoare."

A pedestrian was shot in traffic Wednesday evening Iancului Square in Bucharest.
